Email [email protected]. If it's about your account, write from the address you signed up with and tell us which site you're following; if something looks wrong, include the page address.

Billing

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. For invoices, receipts, changing your card or a charge you don't recognise, use the link in your Paddle receipt or paddle.net, or email us and we'll sort it out.

Privacy requests

To see, fix or delete your data, email the same address with "Privacy" in the subject. Details are in the privacy policy.

Security issues

If you've found a vulnerability, email us with "Security" in the subject and the details. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you share it publicly.
