Billing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days free with no card. The trial covers 1 site and 3 competitors of up to 3,000 pages each, with search numbers on 30 gaps, 10 Google top 10 checks and 5 writer briefs. Nothing is charged: pick a plan to keep going, or your account pauses.

Can I get a refund?

The free trial lets you try everything first, so payments aren't refundable. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.

Can I change plans?

Any time, from Settings. Upgrades start straight away; downgrades start at your next billing date.

Why do some gaps say "Few searches"?

Too few people search for them to give a reliable number. A competitor's new page gets its numbers about a month after it goes live.

What do the Google top 10 checks give me?

Who ranks for a gap's search right now. Your top gaps come with it. For any other gap, one click uses one of your checks for the month. Unused checks don't carry over.

Can I change the country for search numbers?

Each site gets numbers for one country. You can move a site to a new country once a month in Settings.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users.
